I've purchased pre paid sim card and used it last 2 months.
However, I didn't set auto recharge and I didn't top up at all but Telstra took $20 yesterday. I'm not using the sim any more.
I want you delete all my personal details from your system and refund it asap.

I know that Boost uses the Telstra Network but I thought that in matters of Sims, billing and accounts that it is an independent company. Could someone please explain why Telstra has been involved in this particular case?

Boost utlisise the many of the Telstra backend systems and process (billing, accounts, provisioning, retail network, etc). You can see this in effect if you check a Boost billing transaction on your credit card statement, it will be under the Telstra business name.
