Recharging with $30 monthly plan but getting wrong minutes

Hi Everyone,

 

On the website, the $30 monthly plan states 300 minutes for Pakistan and UAE, but on recharge, I am getting only 200 minutes and can't make any calls to UAE.

Why there is a discrepancy on the website?

It matters what "offer" you are currently opted into.

The Boost website will have the current offer plan inclusions listed.

But you may be on an older offer (AnytimePlus,etc).

 

You can change to the current offer in the Boost app.

Thanks for letting me know, I have swtiched to anytime ultra from the app but I still dont understand why I cant make calls to UAE even though its mentioned on the website that I have 300 minutes to make call to UAE from $40 plan.
