Recharge paid twice :(

Re phone #number removed to protect your privacy 

I had Auto-recharge activated on my phone using the $40 unlimited plan.

Yesterday I could not make a call for it said that I was out of credit, so I performed a manual recharge.

Today an Auto-recharge (of another $40) has taken place Smiley Sad 

So, I've paid $80 (in two lots of $40 over two days), but these two fees appear to be working concurrently (or at least only one day apaprt). How do I get a refund, or at least move the second $40 payment for after the current $40 period?

 

NB: I have now switched off Auto-recharge for it works in a very confusing way - see above!

 

BTW: is there a Support Page or only this forum?

 

BTW2: is there anyway I can get into my account on the web - i.e. not via my phone (which gives very limited information)?

Good job working it out!

 

PS - Auto recharge needs to be set for the date of expiry (not for the day after expiry). Otherwise, you will get the problem you had.
