I am in the same boat. No possible way to recharge, nor is the Boost app available to download where i am.
There is no way to get in touch with support online - the bot says it's due to Covid 19 and will not say when they will be available. Totally stuck. When I tried to go to the Care website, my sim said there is no service at all as it won't connect with any local network for a reason I can't phathom, so that was also useless. What do we do??
