I recharged my sons phone today (40G - $50) and got charged $50 however his phone has not recharged? He has restarted his phone but still is not updating. He has checked his recharge history that shows it was recharged today at 10.30 but he only has 2G on his phone and he has been at school/TAFE all day.
I am unable to contact anyone at boost to help me out with this. Can anyone help me with why this has happened.

In the app, press the "more info" drop down.
It will show the full view of all data buckets and expiry for each.
In the quick view it shows the data expring first (which may be the 2GB rollover data in your sons case).
