Hi All, 

 

I just recharged my accou. Money has gone out of my credt ard, but it is not updating my account. Its really frustrating no call centre to call, no live chat. Any one know how long this should take?

I am having the same issue. Ported my number to Boost from Optus. I have got the activation email. After that I have recharged from Boost website but my number is still not activated. I can't make or receive calls or use data.
