Tried to recharge today as my credit runs out tomorrow. Made several attempts to recharge, a message kept coming up saying error try again later. Even recharged my phone a few times before attempting to recharge again. Eventually money was taken from my account for the recharge, but the recharge was not applied to my phone/ account. I called boost to discuss who layed the blame on my bank as they could not see any record on the payment on their end. Now from reading reviews I can see, since this change over to new prepaid plans, many people are experiencing the same or similar problems. And boost is just burying their head in the sand and pretending like it's the customers that are the problem. This is robbery boost!
