New sim

Hi, 

Ive bought a new phone and therefore needed to buy a new sim as my old sim was a nano but my new phone takes a micro. I would like to keep my old number from my boost account but it wont let me activate my new sim as I already have the old account. I would like to keep this account also as I have just recharged the account 2 days ago

Hi there Matia

No problem at all contact Boost to request a blank Micro SIM be sent to you. Once you receive it, contact Boost again and they will transfer your number to the new SIM.
