To get your new SIM card, have a chat with our Live Chat team and we will get a Blank SIM sent out to you. If you are in the metro area of a capital city, you’ll receive your Blank SIM the next day if it is ordered before 4pm.
When you have your Blank SIM card ready to go, speak with Live Chat and they can activate it for you.
The newly activated SIM will replace your old one, allowing you to keep your phone number and credit balance.
