I ordered a Boost SIM with the intention of porting my Telstra post-paid number over, but due to the pandemic I have not been able to reach Telstra to switch my post-paid account to pre-paid. This is despite trying almost daily to call them.
As a result I am unable to port my number over and will lose the chance to activate my SIM and get the additional data.
Now I find myself unable to contact boost support either. How do I go about getting a refund?
