Hi all, I have only just recharged with Boost's $150, 12month pre-paid plan... but a week later, revieved the following text, allegedly from Boost:
'Hi, your data, intl MMS, intl Mins, intl Texts and UNTL intol Calls & Text will expire at 11:59:59pm AEST on May 8, 2020'. (Spelt exactly like this).
I have tried to contact Boost chat but due to Covid-19, they no longer have staff available ... the auto assistant also couldn't help.
Three of my family members are also on Boost $150 (but don't need to recharge for a few more months) ... They have NOT received this.
When I check the Boost pre-paid plans, all inclusions remain the same as per when I recharged a week or so ago.
Can anyone shed any light on this please?
If you have an active recharge before you made the $150 recharge. IT is possible that the expiry is for your previous active recharge.
