I am having problems recharging my service. I had auto-recharge set but it didn't work and my credit expired, I used PayPal via the app to recharge $20 the payment was successful including coming out of my bank account. However, my account remains expired. I tried to recharge again and was prompted to enter my mobile number which I did and got error 76 try again. It is now 24 hrs without my service. I tried getting help online but didn't get anywhere, then on my lunch break at work, I was on hold for an hour and passed around to 3 different people and got nowhere.
