I am receiving recharge messages on both my services 9 days before they expire every month saying recharge now.
This does not seem to be very honest. Meanwhile, the message button is broken on their website.
I generally don't mind the services the 28-day expiry and making all our monthly recharges fail is an obvious money grab but now I am finding this over the top.

For that issue, you need to ensure any browser adblocker is disabled. Then the button will appear.
