I am a potential new customer, but, before changing to you, need to confirm that I can pay my recharges using my American Express card.
This really shouldn't be a difficult thing to find out, but, the links on your webpage with recharge information are not working - they bring up no information.
After 30 minutes on live chat, I'm still not sure - they thought because it was called American Express, it must be an American card and you only accept Australian Cards.
The only link to do with recharging that I can click on is the one to do a recharge, so I tried this, but, need to enter a mobile number for the recharge before it will go further and show me the payment types.
Can anyone answer this question for me?
