Data Rollover didn't happen

I originially subscribed via the $300/240GB package with Data Rollover

 

I recently resubscribed on the $150 package as I had 170GB of data plan remaining so didn't need the full $300 package again. I now have 80GB according to my account check but am missing the data rollover of 170GB so should have 250GB showing.

 

How do I get the data added back?

Are you sure you had data rollover?

According to the CIS document applied since Feb 2019, data rolllover only applies to the 7 day and 28 day plans (<$70) plans. Not on the 6/12 moonth plans.

my previous plan is 28 days expire, I have 30G left, and today I received a messgae asking me to recharge then I can get the unused data rollover,

I recharged with 150GB 12 months plan just now, but I didn't get data rollover, I only have 80G.
