DOWN GRADING SERVICE

Hi tried to call but it seems all options lead to faq sms.  Is this really the best way to speak.  Can't even live chat anymore.

 

I'm currently on a 300 plan and would like to downgrade to the 200 plan.  How do i go about doing that.  I don't want to recharge.

 

I've also tried changing plan under my offer but its complete confusing.  I wanted to choose the 200 plan clicked on the change plan but it just change to some "Boost Anytime Ultra"  I hope I haven't lost any of my the plan i paid for.

 

I can't call anyone, I can't chat to anyone and I can't use your app to do simple plan change and all i have is this forum?

What specific plans are you on, and want to join?

There are some old and new offer plans, that are a little bit different to each other. And once you go to the new plans, you cannot go back to the old plans, so need to be careful what you select (especially if changing offer).

How long until your current expiry date?
