New Boost Customer: I can't understand why I can text my mother in nz but not my sister-in-law. I keep getting this text from Telstra when I try:
"Since 30th Sept 19, we no longer provide SMS to fixed phone services. For details see telstra.com/featureexit"
What does all this mean? I purchased from Boost as it offered texting to nz. Please explain?
That error message is implying that the number being sent the sms message is a landline number (not a mobile number).
Maybe double check it. Maybe you have both numbers saved against the contact in you address book, and it is using the wrong number for SMS.
