Auto recharge failed

My Auto recharge has been working for about 3 years, no issues, but today I got an SMS from boost with just this text: 0.0
Then when my Auto recharge time/date ticked over, I got nothing and lost all my unused data? Not sure what's happened but I've bought credit now and re-setup the Auto recharge.... hopefully it works next month, but has anyone else had this issue?

As a thought, could it maybe have been a new credit card? Like the old one expired?

Yes. My daughter and I also received the 0.0 text. I went to recharge with my saved pin, but it failed also. I have reset it, so hopefully will be ok next month.

I haven't changed my credit card details so I don't know what's happening but I literally just got another message of "0.0" so I'm worried that the recharge will fail again?? Anyone had any further information m
