I would just like to know why the current bonus data offers are only available to new customers or to those who switch to Boost Anytime Ultra? I've been on the $50 plan for 4 or 5 months now and have been on a $20 plan on another phone for about 2 years and the only way to access the bonus data is if I buy a new sim and get a new number. This seems to penalise existing customers. Is there a way existing customers can access this bonus data (30GB on the $50 plan)?
There always seem to be bonus offers for new customers and if we want to take advantage of these, we would be buying a new sim every three months. Is there anything for existing customers?
