If what you're asking relates to the changed procedure for activating a blank SIM, apparently it's security related. Shame Boost has not updated the cover letter sent out with the blank SIM, or on boost.com.au
You need to call the 1800 number provided by Boost. You can't do it via Live Chat anymore. Which is good because I waited online for almost an hour only to be told you can't process a replacement SIM on Live Chat anymore. Nice way to find out.
