28 day plan, minimal usage, but Getting prompts to recharge every 2 weeks
My partner is on Boost Anytime Plus $30 plan, but for the last few months is getting texts every 2 weeks saying that says her data, call credit etc is about to run out, so she is actually pauing 60/month. Her data and call usage are well below that provided by the plan.I'm on the same plan and use Boost services way more, but I'm getting the usual monthly prompt (I have auto-charge set up, she doesn't). Has anyone heard of this problem? It is very difficult right now to get someone to talk to about it. If anyone can shine a light, that would be great.
