I wanted to transfer one of my number from Optus to Boost. The number is for my wife, but I have that number in Optus under my name. When I activated my Boost sim and to transfer the number over, I wrongly enter my wife's name and ID (should have been my name). What can I do now? I've tried to contact Boost team, but no one is answering, seems the whole company is no long there?!!
After a long waiting on the phone, I got through!
And the customer service helped me to update my information, now just need to wait for 4 hours to get my number transferred over. Happy with this result.
How long did it take to get through if you don't mind me asking?
I'm on hold waiting for help with activation too. The wait time is ridiculous!
