Hi,
Current Telstra customer wanting to port in. The Boost website tells me I need to chat with a customer service rep to have a blank SIM sent out. It helpfully tells me I can click a link to message them. When I click that link, there is no 'Message Us' link to be found. The 'Need Some Help' bit has no clickable content. There is no 'Message Us' link anywhere.
So my question is - how are Telstra customers able to port in? Is there a phone number? Or do we take our business elsewhere?
