trying to set up as a new customer porting over from an existing prepaid service on telstra network. there is no live chat available and waited on hold for almost 2 hours.
how can I become a new customer if no-one helps me.
third attempt for the day 45 mins.... still on hold.
I'm really questioning if its worth switching to boost.
