I signed up recent got my sim, called in as several days had passed with no activation, may have been from an accidental '#' I added to my name in my details. Shortly after that call my current mobile service ceased, so I swapped in the boost sim. My iphone 6 said 'no sim' on the mobile section in settings. I tried a power-cycle. Still 'no sim'. Reset my network setting and tried some other suggestions with no luck. Put my old sim back in and that was recognised, but no connection as my number had been cut across. I tried the sim in another phone and the sim was not detected either.
Can I go to a telstra store and have them deal with this?
PS. where is your online chat? That is useful, particularly when I don't have a phone to call from.
