I have been trying to port my number form Optus pre-paid for over a week, and after making numerous calls to the call centre and back office, have still had no joy. I have been told on twice now that a Manager or agent will call me back, but this has not happend.
The porting process is still pending - so no feedback and this is not a Optus problem.
Need some advice from the forum as to how to ecsalate. Taking to a call centre manager does not help. Plus I cannot just move to another provider while this port is in process.
So sad considering I have told so many folks of the great 12 month offer but only to meet with such bad service.
I have the same problem, I cant believe this **bleep**! Every time they told me to wait and i am beening prioritised. and they tell you to wait 4- 24 and 24- 48 hours.
yes same here - keep chatting call on hold for 30 minutes - they say soon. For 2019 this is pretty terrible - even kogan the bogan is better.
