I have two sim cards which i have iniated number transfer on behalf of my parents from Optus to Boost. The number transfer is still not completed. Usually it takes a couple hours in the same business day. Can i please have somebody contact me to assist? My parents need mobile service.
I have the same issue! It's so frustrating. I have called and there is no one answering the phones. I have gone into a Telstra shop but they won't help me. I have clicked the "live chat" button on my activation email and it just sends me to the Boost webpage. BOOST get back to us PLEASE!!!
