so here is the story. I have a hard time connecting to your service. I was with virgin Mobile. It worked fine. Then you sent a new SIM card. I had it installed. Now I cannot download images, even with My own internet. I did ALL the trouble shooting they asked. I called your support, the manager lady said to call the manufacturer. Im a tech. I know that they cant change the network on a phone thats set. So! because you bought virgin I cant get service unless I buy a new phone which is utterly unacceptable. Why should I have to buy a phone for something Your company did?
