I asked Boost to keep my number when entering the data. But now Boost just canceled my original number and gave me the new number. It is really annoying. Because my client cannot call me on the original one. I want my number back as soon as possible. And no one answers the phone at the call center. Please help me.
Call centre takes 1.5 hours. I tried. Doesn't help. They did nothing for me except asked me to wait for a callback in 30min-1hour. 2 hours later....(wouldn't be surprised if i never get a callback)
I have had approx the same issue.
I tried calling them multiple times, but I guess there is only one guy working for them in the call center.
I lodged a complaint with TIO, and the issue was resolved within one day.
