If you purchased the device through another provider, you would need to contact them to arrange unlocking as they are locked to the network.
I just need to unlock this phone cause I bought it here in the philippines but apparently I cant used it cause according to the phone carrier it is under boost and I conduct a researched that your phones are usually locked..
And I just bought this from a third party person..please help..
