Were you waiting for a port number to activate? Cause I've been waiting for over 48 hours now and my phone has been SOS

Same deal here - purchased a 12 month pre-paid sim, got sent sim in mail very quickly , was able to get activation process started and recieved the first two text messages and activation process started but then 48 hrs later still nothing. No live chat and phone support basically useless. I'm not trying to port a number, just want to activate this sim and the new number allocated to it. After seeing the amount of people experiancing the same issues I'm tempted to hit up TIO.

Oddly enough I got another e-mail last night stating that my Boost activation is underway, despite it being completed 24 hours prior to that.

 

I think their systems have gone haywire.

Was able to contact them via FB messenger and within the day, sim was activated.

Hope this helps anyone still struggling.

Search for them on Facebook, there is a link there to their messenger account, send them a message that way. Took them about a day but it worked!
