I'm sure this issue has been previously raised, but I'm hoping for some clarification.
I purchased a pre-paid sim and it came in the mail. The instructions say to place the new sim in the phone and it'll receive a text to activate. 24 hours later and nothing has come through (to either the new sim or my existing Vodafone sim). I've gone online to activate but it tells me the sim serial is either invalid or already active. It won't let me go any further to put in my details or anything.. like everyone else, I've tried calling and messaging boost to no avail - horrendous customer service so far.
Any advice on how to actually activate my sim would be much appreciated.

ive been waiting 48 hours and nothing. terrible customer service as well. bloody awful experience and i wish i never switched over

However the live chat service is helpless and hopeless!!
