I got my simcard yesterday night. Trying to activate but it keep saying sim card serial number has been used/invalid.
Called to boost customer service, hold my phone for almost 1 hour, haven't heard from any team member yet.
emailed boost team, but no ones reply me.
What should i do now? Get a new simcard? Or continue waiting ....
I'm having the same issue, I've been calling for the past 2 days and n O one is anwsering
