Transferring number for new sim - address cannot be found

Hi All,

 

I'm trying to transfer my number to my new boost Sim prepaid. On step 3 where I have to put my address via a search bar, my address is unable to be located. Can't move into the next step if I can't provide my address. Any idea on how to resolve this? Cheers guys!

I think I have heard that sometimes the address checker is looking for specific formatting. Like a comma after the street, or the lot number, etc.

Worth a try.
