My mobile phone was stolen so I have to order a replacement sim and activate it. Currently the only way to do it is with the online message chat. I have tried this chat many times and mostly you just been switched to SIMO before you finishing. I used to lucky enough to get through it and was promised to send me a new SIM but I never receive it. I had to buy a new sim then can never activate it with so called online message. Very disappointed and annoyed.
