Sim replacement

I was on the Anytime Plus plan 80GB $150, bought a new phone, had to change to a Nano sim.

Applied for a sim to be sent out. It arrived but wouldn't activate "Invalid Serial #". Chat advised buying a $2 sim. Went to chat to activate, lost all my data and Anytime Plus plan. How come?

They reinstated credit but now I'm on the Anytime Ultra plan. Smiley Sad

Not happy!

Should have bought a $5 sim cutter...

Anyone else have same problem?

Re: Sim replacement

The AnytimePlus offering is no longer available in tthe new Boost/Telstra systems. But you may have been honored the credit what inclusions you still had until expiry (even if the offer name is different).

I believe all the older offers are being ended this year as part of a changeover to the new systems, so all existing customers will be slowly facing the same change at some point anyway.
