I ordered a SIM 10th Mar 2020 and it still hasn't arrived. I live in Sydney CBD. I've tried calling both numbers and the lines are busy.
Should I just cancel my payment as the service says it would be arriveing the next business day in metro and 2-7 days for other areas?
I am currently paying a high contract which has ended last month so if I'm not going to get this SIM I'll just walk down to the shops and get onto another prepaid.
