SIM haven't transfered number and doesn't work

I did what it said when activating my SIM, have Medicare, gave them my old phone number and they said it would be active in 24 hours. It has now been 3 days and nothing will work! I remember there something being an activation code or something but I have no idea where to put that

In this case, best to contact Boost support on phone or live chat.
