SIM STILL NOT ACTIVATED

Honestly, this has been an absolute joke.

 

I first requested to activate my sim all the way back on the 4th of September. It has now been 2 whole weeks, 3 live chats and 1 phone call and my sim still isn't activated. I am trying to port my number in from Vodafone but I am not getting any activation codes.

 

I'm kinda sick of this.

I'm in a similar sitsuation. Has your problem been resolved. Just wondering how long I have to wait.

Same here.

 

I realised I made a mistake of coming to Boost. I'm wondering if we can cancel the porting process.
