SIM Card not Working

So I've bought the Boost $150 120GB deal on the website, inserted the SIM card in and activated it through the Boost Mobile activate page I even got a E-mail confirmation saying I've successfully activated my service. But when I put the SIM card in my phone, it says No SIM card-emergency calls only. It doesn't even detect the SIM card. Could this be a faulty SIM card?  I've tried calling Boost and for over an hour, no one is there to answer. Is there anything I did wrong? My device is the OnePlus 7 Pro. I've tried it on the iPhone X, same outcome. I've tried my previous Kogan SIM card and it worked fine. I'm so angry right now.

I'm having the same issue.

Received activation email on 30.03.2020 but still sim is not active even after 24 hrs?

Tried calling the customer care no, Had to wait Hrs No response?

Online chat is of no help its just a self generated responses?

Really frustrated with the service?

Hey mate, so what phone do you have? Does it also have the no sim card emergency calls only when you put the SIM card in?

I'm thinking of reaching to someone who posted this deal on the OzBargain forum, maybe that will help
