so today my wife and I both decided to move to boost from Telstra prepaid.(was post paid) we did it pretty much the same time, hers was straight forward no issues at all however mine still issues as we speak.
It appears I wasn't placed on the anytime ultra plan with the 80gb bonus data, when I do the #111# it just saids "boost prepaid mobile" and only have 70gb of bonus data. On my wife it's correctly displaying "anytime ultra" with correctly 80gb data with 30gb extra.
i was talking to Someone just before and they just added extra 10gb of data to my account however still it's not changed to the correct plan and the 10gb have a 28 day expiry.
