Porting number issues

Incredibly frustrated with Boost at the moment. Had been on Kogan for 2 years and found Boost's $150 deal, got me sold. Activated my SIM on Thursday (26/03), requested to port my number and it is now 1st April, after 4 business days, still no news. That definitely goes past their 24 hour timeline. 

 

Called customer support twice today, was on hold for 20 mins both times, got frustrated and hung up. Not sure if I wanna be sticking with this company with an impression like this tbh, almost keen to ask for a refund.

Same here Joyce's, been waiting since 24 March. 

 

Finally got through to call centre in Phillipines and would only deal with me if I had a Telstra account?  Hung up in frustration.
