Porting not completed

Activated a new BOOST SIM on 22nd March, but when porting hadn't completed by 24th, I called BOOST. They said the SIM was faulty and that I had to use another SIM to activate a service. I had one, so it was activated immediately. I was then told that they would escalate my Porting issue, as it had not been completed correctly. I currently have a temporary service, but not with my old number. Waiting on the phone to have this sorted at the moment, but with COVID-19, it's taking along time. I need my old number ported.
Any ideas on how to proceed?
