Porting my number

I've recently joined Boost and brought my old number across. It initially worked and I received a text saying my number came over successfully but now it's changed to a completely different number. I want to return to my original mobile number - help please.

I called this morning, didn't have to wait too long and the fix was quick and easy. I just had to change the number in my own settings under phone and then turn it on and off. 
Thought I would post in case others have the same issue.

You will need to call Boost support on the phone to get the issue looked at.

Ok thank you, I felt like I was going around in circles with their automated options. I'll try again tomorrow. Thanks
