I purchased a boost sim $2 from Woolworths. 4PM 31/10 I went through the set up process and I selected port number from Optus to Boost.12AM 01/11 I get text message on the Boost sim that I have succecfully register the sim but the message said Welcome to Boost here is your new mobile number? I didnt request a new number I want to keep my old number which i even selected when signing up.
Customer service chat support is not replying and the phone support does not exist!
Can anyone help me? this service is already so bad....
