I bought the $150 sim and set up as instructed, selecting to port my number over from Aldi.

 

My husband did this successfully and easily with his number.

 

I've recieved a text and email confirming the transfer and activation was successful. However noone can call or text my old number and get through to me on the boost sim. When i try calling others, a new number comes up. I cant send any texts from the new sim.

 

When i put my old sim in i can receive calls and texts like normal. 

 

I was on a phone queue to get  support for hours without getting anyone.

 

I need this rectified immediately for work.

You will need to talk to Boost on the phone. It is likely the port process is stuck for you, and needs Boost support to re-attempt it manually in their systems.

yeah that would be good and all - but no one is answering calls on their phone lines too - you get an sms to get help online and that just takes you to their website's main page.
