NOT ACTIVATED FOR 48 HOURS AND STILL ASKED TO WAIT

I activated new SIM the day before yesterday and still not activated. I asked to transfer back my number but it was not possible. Boost or Telstra definitely have an issue with their system for activation now and cannot fix it. I asked them to see my case with me but they said my case was in a cue and needed to wait. I cannot believe this. i may need to buy another SIM card to have new number because they cannot guarantee when I can use my number. I am really upset with this situation.
