Live chat? Where's it GONE- activation question

So around 3 days ago I've tried to activate a phone for my son... Tried online X3... Tried via the live chat... Well it's been 3-4 days and still note activated..

What's more the live chat button on the Boost sure is gone.

WTF is going on Boost??

It's there anyone alive at boost these days or is the service totally gone to **bleep**...

Been about a week now still can't get the phone/Sim activated!!!
