Is 150 prepaid still available for new customers?

Found the 150 prepaid page, but see no "buy sim" option. Is this product still available to buy?

Re: Is 150 prepaid still available for new customers?

I believe the sim packs (with the value preloaded) are no longer available, but existing customers can access the recharge.. That may mean if you activate on a $2 sim card from a retail shop (supermarket etc), you should be able to access the $150 recharge through other means as outlined here: https://boost.com.au/get-help/vouchers-FAQ-010720#SO-IS-THE-100-AND-150-RATE-PLAN-STILL-AVAILABLE

Re: Is 150 prepaid still available for new customers?

Hi All,

I have already purchased the $150 prepaid sim card (for 80gb and Unlimited  Local Calls, for 12 months) for my mother. However, she is still on a contract that expires in 6 months. The sim card says it is good for until Jan 2021.

Am I still able to activate and take on the offer of 80gb, Unlimited local calls and international calls for 12months, after he contract expires?

Thanks,

James

As long as it is within expiry date when activated, it should work without any issues.

Re: Is 150 prepaid still available for new customers?

I have purchased 3 x $150 recharge.  Mine worked and my son worked but my daughter hasn't.  Its taken and recognised $250 but only given 10gb and also expires in 1mth.  No one is answering and I need this corrected.  I'm really frustrated.  Anyone have a way of contacting please

I have been a Boost customer on and off for many years, and can tell you that the current situation is not the norm. Once connected, generally there is no issues ongoing.

This global pandemc has had ripple effects through many businesses, and thus trying to adapt long standing operational processes is not a quick task. I can only imgaine what some businesses are going through (watching the news and talking to friends/family gives some insights though).

Boost is far from the only business having these same issues.

A little bit of patience is a virtue, especially in these crazy times.

Re: Is 150 prepaid still available for new customers?

COVID now, is used as an excuse for just about every business out there, and for certain industries its a valid disruption (Airlines & Tourisim). Telco's however will be registering new record profits with stay at home orders. So whats the excuse for BOOST having no email address to contact? 2-3 hour long wait time times or just phone diconnection on there main number? 1 month + wait times to activate a phone number which is a 4 hours or less job.

Dont you think your flogging a dead horse on this forum? you can reply to a message on here within minutes for a company who take months press a few buttons?
