I was trying to activate a new boost SIM card and port my existing non telstra number.
I get an email in the end saying my activation was not successful and call Boost Support.
When calling boost support, I get a IVR which tells me to use live chat or speak to support.
Live chat is not available and support phone redirects me to the web portal.
Appreciate some help.
